Personally I love these variation of pull down to 🔥 your LATS because
1️⃣ You can train your body unilaterally (fancy word for single-sided) to even out muscular imbalances on lesser dominant side
2️⃣ As you can see, my core is engaged & stabilized to prevent flexion (bending of obliques / side abs) of the non-loaded side of the body (non-lifting side)
3️⃣ It serves as an easier option / accessory exercise before progressing to Bodyweight Pull Ups
